Don’t expect to find the maturity or density of other, classic vermouths, Nordesía takes you by surprise with its unique freshness and hint of acidity produced by the indigenous Galician grape varieties that give an unmistakeable character.
Nordesía Blanco Vermù - Albariño wine and the finest brandy are macerated for 21 days with a variety of native herbs. The result is a very low-sugar and slightly bitter vermouth, a great aperitif.
Nordesía Tinto Vermù - Mencia wine and the finest brandy are macerated at a controlled temperature for 21 days with a variety of native herbs, before ageing for 3 months in oak casks until it is ready to be bottled.
